The sales center really looks great, and it has been a tremendous boost to our marketing efforts. Leasing in Buckhead is extremely challenging these days, but this marketing center is leaving a NEW and positive impression upon our prospects.
We have had a few successes in the past 90 days, but the best measurement of our success has been with our existing tenants. They feel like their building is waking up, being re-energized. We recently enlisted the services of Method-1 to design, fabricate and install portions of two permanent, large-scale exhibitions at our museum.
